Together we'll explore practical wellbeing, gentle somatic practices, meaningful conversations and the small things that help you slowly rebuild.  These circles help make community, connection and wellbeing a regular part of your life.

Many women tell me the hardest part isn't parenting...it's feeling like they're carrying everything alone.

We believe every woman deserves access to trusted wellbeing support, practical tools and a caring community...without it costing a fortune.

 

This isn't therapy.

It isn't a support group built around what went wrong.

And it isn't another course you'll never finish.

Research consistently shows that social connection plays an important role in protecting our mental wellbeing, and that programs combining community and practical support can improve how women feel.

About Vanessa 

​For the past 11 years, I've been raising my daughter while juggling life, work, friends and coparenting. 

What has helped me most hasn't been having all the answers. It's been finding little ways every day to take care of my energy, trust myself, keep my heart open and believe I can create a life I love.  

And I've always found that one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves as a single mother is another single mum to live, laugh and share life with.

While this chapter can be incredibly challenging, it can also become one of the most meaningful seasons of your life.
