The Psychosomatic Therapy process is the practice of working with the mind, body and spirit to bring the body closer to balance, alignment and wellbeing. It’s a form of mind, body medicine.
Psychosomatic Therapy complements a holistic approach to the prevention and management of human disease based on the relationship between the mind (psyche) and body (soma).
The background of Psychosomatic Therapy can be traced back to various philosophies throughout time and brings together some of the following core principles:

What happens in a session?
1. Arrival + Grounding (10-15mins)
We begin with breath, gentle check-in, and orienting your body into safety.

2. Consultation + Bodywork + Somatic Release (90min-120mins)
A full-body experience combining emotional trigger point therapy, somatic release, and integration. Slow, intuitive bodywork to soften the fascia, release emotional tension, balance chakras and support your nervous system to shift into regulation.
This session helps you locate and release emotional patterns stored in your body, often creating profound emotional and physical shifts.

3. Integration (15mins)
Reflections, practical tools, and a small self-softening ritual you can take home.​​
