The Psychosomatic Therapy process is the practice of working with the mind, body and spirit to bring the body closer to balance, alignment and wellbeing. It’s a form of mind, body medicine.
Psychosomatic Therapy complements a holistic approach to supporting your wellbeing based on the relationship between the mind (psyche) and body (soma).
Psychosomatic Therapy draws from a range of philosophies and body-mind traditions, and explores how our emotional life, stress patterns and lived experiences may influence the body. Its core principles include:

What happens in a session?
1. Arrival + Grounding
We begin with breath, gentle check-in, and orienting your body into safety.
2. Consultation + Bodywork + Somatic Release
A full-body experience combining emotional trigger point therapy, somatic release, and integration. Slow, intuitive bodywork to soften the fascia, release emotional tension, balance chakras and support your nervous system to shift into regulation.
This session helps you locate and release emotional patterns stored in your body, often creating profound emotional and physical shifts.
3. Integration
Reflections, practical tools, and a small self-softening ritual you can take home.
Investment: $300 (sessions are 2.5hours in-person only)
Important note:
Body Work is complementary in nature, offering a gentle body-based space to support self-awareness, nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing. It is not a replacement for medical or mental health care, and each session is adapted with your needs, comfort and safety in mind. Some deeper bodywork techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy, may not be suitable for everyone.

A Soft Return...
Somatic Healing is a gentle, body-based space to feel supported, reconnect with your body and explore deeper healing through somatic practices, nervous system awareness and intuitive guidance.
What happens in a session? Online or in-person
1. Arrive - Grounding
We begin slowly - with a few breaths, a gentle check-in, and a simple settling practice. Your body needs to know it's safe before it can soften.
2. Soften - Somatic Healing
A Somatic Healing session is like a circle for one - a slow, quiet space where you can share what's been moving through you and happening in your life. I guide you through somatic practices that support alignment, embodiment, and nervous system regulation so you can experience noticeable shifts and softening in your body. I also share intuitive guidance to gently explore what stories and emotional patterns you might be holding. Together, we make room for what's ready to release, so you can feel more whole.
3. Return - Integration
We close gently...with a reflection, a practical tool, and a small self-softening ritual you can take home. I'll share a summary of our session afterwards (via email), so you can return to it whenever you need to.
Investment: 1-hour session: $150 (online or in-person)
