Our Story.
Hi, I’m Vanessa, and this is my daughter, Liv. Ellixir began during a chapter of my life when I was navigating single motherhood, a demanding career, and the quiet weight of holding so much on my own. I was doing everything I needed to, but somewhere in the middle of all the strength and responsibility, I realised I’d drifted away from myself. I missed my softness, my intuition, my breath, my body - the parts of me that made me feel whole.

Finding my way back was gentle and grounding. Through somatic therapy, integrative medicine, nervous system work and feminine embodiment, I learned how to reconnect with myself in a deeper, more honest way. And as I softened, I realised I wasn’t alone - so many women were living highly capable lives while feeling quietly disconnected inside.

Ellixir was created as the space I needed then: a warm, supportive place to come home to. A community that feels like a sanctuary and a space where you can find practical support, soulful nourishment and a soft place to land with other women who truly understand xx

My daughter Liv is also part of our community. Her wisdom, humour and heart are woven into Ellixir too. From time to time, she'll bring her light and perspective to this space - reminding us all that love, in its truest form, is something we learn and live together, and we often create in the everyday moments of our lives. ​​
